Our Team

Paul D. Lytle

President and Treasurer of Lytle Associates Inc.
Paul joined the firm in 1975. His current role is as President and Treasurer of Lytle Associates. Paul’s area of expertise is the design and operation of employee benefit plans, specifically group insurance and retirement plans. Paul is a licensed Life, Health and Accident Insurance Agent with New York State and he has a BA from the University of Rochester.

Thomas A. Lytle

Vice-President and Secretary of Lytle Associates Inc., President of Lytle Investments
Tom joined Lytle Associates in 1974. His current role is as Vice-President and Secretary of Lytle Associates. Tom is also President of Lytle Investments, a fee-based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). Tom’s area of expertise is investment advice and retirement plan design and operation. Tom is a licensed Life, Health and Accident Insurance Agent with New York State, and holds his Series 7 and Series 63 administered by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Tom is a member of the Castellani Art Museum Advisory Council and has served on the Board of Shaw Festival. Prior to joining Lytle Associates, Tom was an Assistant Professor at Bishop’s University, Lenoxville, Quebec.  Tom holds a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto.

Marie Zaczek

Manager of Administrative Operations
Marie joined the firm in 1988 and currently serves as Operations Manager for both Lytle Associates and Lytle Investments and Compliance Officer for Lytle Investments. Marie’s prior work experience includes Accounting Management and Personnel Management. Marie is also a licensed Notary Public.

Alison W. Lytle

Manager of Group Employee Benefits, Sales Associate
Alison joined the firm in 2008. Alison’s area of expertise is the implementation and management of group employee benefit plans. She is a licensed Life, Health and Accident Insurance Agent with New York State and a PPACA NYS marketplace certified broker.  Alison holds a MS.Ed from Bank Street College of Education and a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design. Prior to joining Lytle Associates Alison was the Senior Director and an adjunct professor at the University of Dallas in Rome and the Vice Director of the University of Washington Rome Center (Italy).  Alison has extensive experience in employee benefits, healthcare reform and strategic planning.  Alison also serves on the Board of Directors at Artpark and Company.

Charles A. Lytle

Sales Associate
Charles joined the firm in 2009. Charles' area of expertise is investment advice, retirement plan design and operation, and group employee benefits. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Callan Associates, an institutional investment consulting firm, in their San Francisco and Chicago offices. Charles is a licensed Life, Health and Accident Insurance Agent with New York State, holds his Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF).  Charles earned a M.A. in International Policy from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a B.A. in English from the University of Florida. Charles’ additional past work experience includes being a caddie at Pebble Beach Golf Links and an Americorps VISTA Community Organizer in Folsom, CA.

Nicholas Lytle
Sales Associate
Nicholas’ area of expertise, as a licensed insurance agent, is in the evaluation, design and implementation of group employee benefits including payroll integration.  From 2003 to 2008, Nicholas was a Life, Health and Accident insurance agent with New York State and held his Series 7 & 63 Securities Licenses.  He rejoined the firm in 2011, after living in Denver, Colorado working as a Disability Specialist for Guardian Life Insurance Company and then eventually started his own business designing and rebuilding homes.    Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.  Nicholas is also a PPACA NYS certified broker.

Julie Keller

Administrative Agent
Julie joined the firm in 1988 and currently provides administrative support for licensed insurance and investment agents and comprehensive customer support.

Shari Yates

Administrative Assistant
Shari has been with the firm since 1985. Shari provides administrative support for licensed insurance and investment agents and comprehensive customer support and performance measurement. Shari earned an AAS, Executive Secretarial.
